On behalf of our client, Plasman Windsor 1 Manufacturing, we are looking for a Certified Industrial Millwright (433A) that has injection molding experience to add to the Maintenance Department.
Requirements
- Must have at least minimum of three years of experience in maintenance, with preference given to those who have knowledge and experience in the areas of PLC, electrical, mechanical, and hydraulics.
- Ability to perform well in high pressure situations
- Must be self-motivated
- Ability to prioritize and adjust work based on requirement
- Meets expectation rating (rating score minimum 3) in the Hourly Technical Ladder Performance Evaluation Process.
- Access to reliable transportation
- Proficient at speaking, writing, reading and comprehending English
Responsibilities
- Proactively complete maintenance work to include electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and general repair and maintenance of all equipment to maintain quality and production levels
- Perform preventative maintenance of equipment within manufacturers specifications
- Maintain the building by repairing as required
- Fabricating or building items as requested by the Maintenance Supervisor
- Promote an atmosphere of team work at all times
- Ensure that a clean and safe work environment is always maintained
- Recommend and participate in continuous improvement activities
- Motivated to complete all duties as assigned
- Communicate to ensure that sufficient resources are available to include required training, safety requirements, personnel, work instructions, procedures, and related tools.
- Assist in any way to any employee, necessary to promote a successful operation emphasizing customer satisfaction
