This role will include a cell phone allowance and car allowance.
Salary
- $100,000 -$120,000 dollars per year
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 8–15+ years in construction, supply chain, or logistics, with 5+ years in management
- Education: A university degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead site teams and manage complex, multi-million-dollar projects
- Proficient at speaking, writing, reading and comprehension of English

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive logistics plans from project inception to close-out
- Supply Chain & Procurement: Oversee material tracking, inventory, and supplier relationships to mitigate risks
- Site Operations: Manage on-site traffic, cranes, hoists, storage, and waste management
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure all site activities meet health, safety, and regulatory standards
- Technology & Optimization: Implement ERP systems (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam) to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Collaboration: Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors
- Other duties as assigned
Education
- University Degree in Construction management, Engineering or a related field
