- The candidate’s primary role will be working on the production line and will be back up Forklift Operator when needed

Wage & Shifts
- $21.50/hr.
- Rotational shifts of days and afternoons
- Weekend shifts are mandatory when required
Required skills, knowledge and abilities
- Valid forklift certification
- 5 years working experience driving a forklift in a busy warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent (will ask for proof)
- Previous experience working in shipping / receiving
- Able to work shift work, flexible to work weekends when required
- Proficient at reading and writing English
Production Associate Responsibilities
- Removing automotive parts from the running production line
- Checking for any quality issues
- Packaging the parts
- Other duties as assigned
Forklift Operator Responsibilities
- Operate forklift to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise
- Accountable for the safe and efficient operation of the vehicle, which includes pre-and post-shift inspection of vehicle and reporting of any maintenance requirements or issues with the equipment
- Receive and unload inbound shipments, safely move product to storage locations
- Efficiently stack and store products in appropriate area
- Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage. Report quality variances
- Pull and prepare product for shipment, ensuring that the exact number and type of product is loaded and shipped
- Perform picking duties in an efficient manner that meets customer service standards
- Efficiently move product from staging and/or storage areas into rail cars or trailer
- Load, unload, move, stack, and stage product and materials using a forklift, clamp truck, or other power equipment
- Maintain the facility’s equipment and materials in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion
- Operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner following prescribed work methods
- Work with team members to ensure appropriate records and reports are completed to guarantee tight inventory control and security. Assist in physical inventories when required
- Other duties as assigned
