On behalf of Hearn Industrial Services, we are looking for a Crank Cutter Operator. The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined with a manufacturing background operating a machine.
Wage & Shifts
- $19.00/hr.
- 7 Days on-7 Days off -Must be available for both days and afternoons and weekends
Required skills, knowledge and abilities
- A Valid Class G License. There will be travelling within the city to deliver automotive parts
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Proven working experience working in manufacturing on machines
- Understand verbal instructions and ability to read work instructions
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient with speaking, writing, reading and comprehension of English
- Current forklift license is an asset

Responsibilities but not limited to
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
- Comfortable working with heavy machinery and tools
- Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
- Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment
- Ensure proper tools, materials and /or documentation according to the work instruction; prepare workstation for containment / inspection / rework operation as required
- Apply appropriate labels to products, complete quality checks and any documentation required by the customer
- Inspect work during and after completion for compliance to documented standards
- In certain cases, may test assembly process using various tools and methods
- Other duties as assigned
