Production Control Supervisor

Summary of essential job functions

The Production Control Supervisor is responsible for maintaining a high level of processes, quality control, and production objectives and integrity within the facility. 

  • Responsible for supporting production activity and ensure that all KPI are met within the company goals
  • Responsible for ensuring all Hearn related Processes are being met in a timely manor
  • Responsible for ensuring quality of work is completed and guiding the employees to ensure work instructions are being followed
  • Creating daily production schedules for operators
  • Establishing deliveries to end customer
  • Identifying risks
  • Creating and maintaining reports for internal and customers.

Required qualifications, skills, knowledge and abilities

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a production supervisory role
  • Knowledge of Quality Control
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a warehouse setting

  • Flexibility and adaptability to various tasks and shifting / changing demands of the customer

Educational Requirements

  • High School Graduate with work experience in an inventory environment or
  • Additional training in supply chain, inventory control, logistics, quality or customer service is an asset
