Production Control Supervisor
Summary of essential job functions
The Production Control Supervisor is responsible for maintaining a high level of processes, quality control, and production objectives and integrity within the facility.
- Responsible for supporting production activity and ensure that all KPI are met within the company goals
- Responsible for ensuring all Hearn related Processes are being met in a timely manor
- Responsible for ensuring quality of work is completed and guiding the employees to ensure work instructions are being followed
- Creating daily production schedules for operators
- Establishing deliveries to end customer
- Identifying risks
- Creating and maintaining reports for internal and customers.
Required qualifications, skills, knowledge and abilities
- Minimum 2 years experience in a production supervisory role
- Knowledge of Quality Control
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Minimum 2 years experience in a warehouse setting

- Flexibility and adaptability to various tasks and shifting / changing demands of the customer

Educational Requirements
- High School Graduate with work experience in an inventory environment or
- Additional training in supply chain, inventory control, logistics, quality or customer service is an asset
